Garden Gram #23: Keiko, the "Adored" Itoh Peony, and Julia Child, the Buttery Rose
Big beautiful flowers brought me joy this week, but a little bouquet of pansies and a clutch of chive blossoms worked their magic, too.
My garden time for the last week has been swallowed up entirely by operating my tomato and dahlia sale out of my hoop house. (There are still some left if any of you locals are interested in purchasing!)
Meanwhile, the rest of the garden went on without me. Naturally. And one day I walked up the hill, around the house, headed towards the vegetable garden, and there was the Itoh peony in bloom.
