🎃🎃🎃

Yes. We have a pumpkin patch the size of a two-car garage in our front yard (aka “the field” or future market garden). We did not plant any pumpkin seeds. Not a single one. This is an all-volunteer squad; they rode in on the horse manure Johnny brought to us last winter.

Apparently, there was quite a party down there in the field – or more accurately, in the horse barn, where apparently tasty treats included fancy decorative pumpkins like White Flat Boer (above) and Jarrahdale, a green ribbed beauty (below).
